I’m delighted to let the world know that the popular blogger and author Chris Garrett has joined Copyblogger Media as Vice President of Educational Content.

You may know Chris from his highly respected course Authority Blogger, from his blog ChrisG.com, or from his guest posts here on Copyblogger and other leading marketing sites.

Chris is also my partner over at Third Tribe Marketing, and worked with us on the Authority Rules conference.

He’s known across the “social media sphere” for his deep understanding of content marketing, his passion for helping his students and customers, and his integrity.

Chris is also the co-author, with Darren Rowse, of ProBlogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income.

Chris has been helping businesses profit with content marketing since 1997, from individual “solopreneurs” to household name multinationals including Procter & Gamble, Heinz, Coca-Cola, Toshiba, Hugo Boss, and Lacoste.

Chris is going to continue all the great work he’s been doing with Third Tribe, and he’ll bring more of that magic to our flagship Teaching Sells course, as well as heading up the development of lots more educational content to help marketers reach their business goals.

This is a great announcement for me to make, both professionally and personally. Chris has a rare combination of consummate marketing ability, technology skills, and boundless positive energy. He’s also truly one of the nicest people you’ll meet on the web.
